You'll need Italian Prosecco, Champagne or Sparkling Wine, lemon sorbet and of course - Limoncello.
Put 2 or 3 scoops of softened lemon sorbet into the glass. Then add limoncello to taste.
Top off with the sparkling wine.

Italian Prosecco or Champagne (don't use a Brut Champagne) or Sparkling Wine
Limoncello
Lemon Sorbet
Directions:
Place two or three scoops of lemon sorbet in a martini glass.
Add limoncello to taste.
Top off with Prosecco.
